Backend Laravel Developer

Back-End Engineer - **This role is only available in the following states:

• Utah, Arizona, California, Washington, Missouri, Idaho
  

Our client seeks a driven and productive Back-End Engineer to join their team in Provo, Utah. This position has remote/hybrid flexibility.

Responsibilities include:

• Take designs and tasks from team leads and craft them into working software
  
• Follow PHP and Laravel best practices to build reusable and scalable code
  
• Dig into existing software to make enhancements as well as be a contributing member ofthe team on new projects
  

The organization's current tech stack:

• Programming Languages: Javascript, PHP
  
• Frameworks: Vue.js 2 & 3, Nuxt 3, Tailwind CSS, Laravel 4.2 - 9.5
  
• Other technologies: REST APIs, MySQL, Ubuntu
  

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in PHP
  
• 3+ years experience with MySql or similar database
  
• 2+ years of experience in Laravel or similar PHP framework
  
• Strong Vue.js skills are a plus
  
• Experience creating REST APIs is a plus
  
• Proficiency in front-end technologies like Javascript, CSS, HTML, etc., is a plus.
