- $1000 per day + super
- 6-month Contract Role with strong possibility of extension
Our client is a large NSW Government Organisation who are seeking Senior Business Analyst to join their team.
The Senior Business Analyst is responsible for identifying, analysing and documenting business processes, systems and other functional requirements to facilitate ongoing business improvements in alignment with business unit and organisational strategies. The role will analyse information and deliver comprehensive reporting, trend analysis and performance improvement recommendations and or initiatives to support the delivery of and continuous improvement of an emergency communication program in schools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and document business processes, business and functional requirements to align user stories, and case scenarios, comparing the best processes or delivery methods, including measuring and evaluating outcomes
- Provide business analysis, including consulting with key stakeholders to identify business requirements, to contribute to the enhancement of business practices by providing accurate information about business needs and priorities
- Research and provide solution recommendations, including on performance improvement initiatives, with consideration to the business and wider department requirements
- Contribute to projects, and service delivery through the provision of analysis, recommendations, and reports to meet the strategic needs of the business.
Selection Criteria:
- 5+ years business analysis experience
- Strong customer facing / engagement skills
- Experience working on Web development, mobile apps development, programs (experience delivering other digital solutions also considered beneficial)
- Strong Agile experience - working in product teams to write Epics, Features, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, facilitate stakeholder meetings, interviews or workshops to gather and refine requirements
On offer is a 6 month contract at a highly sought after NSW Government organisation, with a highly competitive daily rate.
