About Us

We are a new start up medicinal cannabis company based in Sydney, NSW. We are a forward thinking provider of medicinal cannabis treatment with a patient focussed approach. We provide individual care throughout the patient journey and need you to join our team as a Senior Recruitment Consultant to help us achieve this. The Talent Team consists of a Talent Acquisition Manager and Recruitment Administrator.


About the role

We are looking for a senior recruitment consultant to join our exciting new start up MCCP Australia Pty Ltd. We need a recruiter that is fast paced, a go getter, a proactive head hunter that wants to make a difference and make a change. You will over see the recruitment for a new forward thinking medicinal cannabis company that is based in Sydney, NSW. The team currently consists of a Talent Acquisition Manager and a Recruitment Administrator and we need to expand the team in order to deal with the explosive growth and variety of roles!. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will help drive and deliver the recruitment, with a very big growth phase over the next 12-24 months, specifically within the medical sector.


Your role will include, but not be limited to

  • Full 360 Recruitment activities including, job posting, screening of CV s, proactive searching, networking, background checks, ref checks, contract writing and issuing
  • Liaising with the TAM to ensure a consistent flow of applicants & interviews
  • Proactive sourcing is a must (LinkedIn, Seek Database, Lusha, Indeed CV search and more)
  • Coming up with strategic recruitment campaigns to get in front of hard to find professionals

What you will need to succeed

  • We are looking for someone who works well with others but can work remotely and be a self starter.
    Experience working in the medical recruitment industry is highly desirable
  • Minimum 3 years recruitment experience
  • Fast thinker and go getter
  • Must have proactive recruitment skills
  • Understanding of HRIS and CRM systems (we use Employment Hero & ZOHO)
  • Ability to manage a number of roles at any given time
  • Attention to detail
  • Have an out the box mind
