What You Will Be Doing:

Managing accounts receivable and accounts payable

Prepare and post receipts, deposits, purchase orders, invoices, refunds, and other standard bookkeeping tasks

Contacting delinquent accounts

Updating daily transaction records as required

Keeping records of invoices and tax payments, as well as reviewing and processing reimbursements.

Assisting with the preparation and processing of a monthly payroll

Identify and correct miscalculations and financial discrepancies

Requirements

About You:

Proven experience as a Finance Administrator or similar

Certificate IV in Accounting

Practical experience with accounting software, spreadsheets and databases

Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software and processes

A solid understanding of bookkeeping procedures including crediting and debiting appropriate accounts, posting entries to ledger accounts, and reconciling accounts

Good organizational and time management skills

Must have unrestricted work rights for Australia
