Job Description

For our client, a fast growing Company with an amazing development plan in Belgium, with several properties accross the country and with a couple of properties on a pre-opening phase, we are looking for a Revenue Manager (Junior Welcome).

You will report to a Senior Director of Revenue Management who will achieve your training and let you manage the entire portfolio of hotels within a couple of months.

Your responsibilites:

  • Daily Pricing Management + Yiel opportunities
  • Inventory Management
  • Segmentation management to maximize revenue opportunities
  • Competiton monitoring (rooms)
  • Forecast (rooms)
  • Demand calendar management to optimize revenue opportunities
  • Direct and indirect channels management
  • Work in coordination with sales and reservations teams
  • Develop strategic and tactical actions based on regular performance review of reporting departments.
  • Analyze statistics to identify potential business and market trends
  • Provide training and support for other departments
  • Manage the Channel Manager
  • Elaboration of all necessary reports


Requirements


  • Fluent in French and English or Dutch and English is a strong competitive advantage
  • Ability to use Excell independently
  • Decision-making and problem-solving.
  • Bachelor s degree in Hospitality Management or similar education.
  • Min 2 years of experience in Hospitality
  • Previous Revenue Management/Analyst experience or previous experience in Reservations is a plus
  • Ability to learn usage of new softwares
  • Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently
  • Number literacy and strategic thinking
  • Communication skills
  • Creative Skills
  • Guest-oriented and service-minded
