Responsibilities
• Upselling our existing customers gain more benefits and maximize the usefulness of our services by upgrading their current packages to higher ones, offering them a special & instant exclusive promotion through outgoing calls. Brief regarding the upselling activities & revenue share.
• Manage achieving the assigned sales target through overseeing / monitoring the sales team performance & developing new approaches to meet the companies goal / target.
• Implement sales plans through putting short and long term range plans to practical use.
• Forecast team's budget; estimating on yearly basis (sales budget, salaries, HR increase, Software license, general expenses -etc.).
• Manage team performance against objective maintaining proficiency of methods and techniques necessary to accomplish the work.
• Define sales Objectives through setting practical goals for self and subordinates.
• Perform & analyze teams report periodically to top management.
• Address long term goals, values & needs by setting strategic/ updated techniques to improve operation.
• Delegate authority & responsibility among all team members.
• Manage to maintain the predetermined recruitment standard through selecting the skills & abilities that matches job requirements.
• Creating enthusiasm &confidence among all team members.
• Assess skills and training needs for all team.
