The Content Developer will support the mission by assessing customer needs and creating content for websites, knowledgebase hubs, chatbots, and digital applications. An ideal candidate should know content inside and out how to structure it, how to write it, how to use it in UX design, and how to track it. You must be an expert copywriter, but you must also show a high level of mastery of content taxonomy, SEO, service design, and optimizing customer journeys.
You will need to have a deep understanding of our audience and be able to clearly communicate how your content will address their needs. In addition, the candidate should show a command of content analysis, as well as creating mobile-first experiences and working across teams.
Requirements
* Development/related certifications
* 5+ years of Email Development building responsive designed emails and email templates from scratch
* CSS, Javascript/jQuery, CSS/SASS, HTML5
* Understanding of technical SEO
* User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) experience
* Deep understanding of website and landing page best practices with a direct marketing focus
* Effective communication and analytical skills
* Solutions oriented with collaborative and proactive approach to problem solving
* Self-sufficient and able to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
* Always seeking new ways to bring efficiency to day-to-day work
* Stays current with industry best practices
* Experience with Sitecore, Drupal, and Wordpress CMS
* Experience with Adobe Campaign
* Experience with Adobe XDs, WorkFront and Azure
* Experience supporting teammates through complex development projects
* Deep understanding of agile project management methodologies
* Proven proficiency in development technologies such as PHP, Bootstrap, Drupal, JavaScript, WordPress, Sitecore, HTML5, CSS to develop mobile responsive websites and applications in an agile environment
3-5 years experience working in Identity and Access Management domain Must have: Demonstrate strong written and oral communication skills. Expertise in any of the following IAM products o Okta OR Azure AD Basic knowledge of LDAP technologies, databases, REST, etc. Analyze and solve technical issues with minimal supervision Strong understanding of security fundamentals and technologies Peer collaboration Exemplary communication and relationship skills (verbal, written, and presentations) Presentation and group facilitation Customer responsiveness
