Job Description
Oversee specific program aspects, including youth development programs, capacity building, communication and outreach, coordination with donor coordination units at each on MoE and MoY, and Field coordination with field directorates.
Coordinate the day-to-day management of technical staff in all project offices;
Support the COP in in providing overall management and operational oversight to the program;
Ensure the timely preparation of required reports and deliverables, including annual workplans, quarterly, annual, and financial reports in accordance with USAID guidelines;
Facilitate knowledge management, communications, and information flow for program implementation;
