- Balances customer needs and business requirements to design user centered experiences for enterprise mobile apps and web applications
- Defines information architecture of digital experiences
- Creates user flows to define steps needed to achieve user goals
- Designs UI components leveraging the Jeeny design system
- Defines brand expression throughout the experience
- Creates wireframes to blueprint the information hierarchy and interactions of a digital experience
- Creates prototypes to explore and test design decisions
- Oversees user testing to validate design decisions
- Creates production-ready design files and assets for handoff to tech division
- Performs design quality assurance during development
- Designs following accessibility standards
