Job Description:

• 5+ years in a marketing or technology context, preferably in events
• Experienced in preparing as-is process documentation, to-be process documentation, and performing detailed gap analysis Demonstrated ability to have successfully completed multiple, complex technical projects Demonstrated experience in project conceptualization and planning
• Experience working within events marketing teeam at leading enterprise software companies
• Demonstrated technical savvy not a developer but someone who understands tech
• Must have experience preparing end-user documentation and conducting end-user training Business Analysis experience in a high-tech (preferable software) company highly desirable.
• Project Management experience a plus.
• The ability to project-manage and balance many projects and timelines at once
• A fantastic attitude and ability to manage the high stress world of events
• Must be someone who is intellectually curious and excited about working with customers and gets gratification from building useful IT applications and solutions

Education:

• BA/BS degree in Information Systems or related disciple required; Advanced degree a plus
