We are a growing team looking for a Manager, Sales to help us on our journey to revolutionize road freight logistics. You would join our Sales team in the Riga office.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Manager, Sales you ll work on interesting responsibilities like to Identify, approach and acquire strategic partners and clients to push our growth in Baltics .

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

  • Work directly with our key accounts to identify and develop new services and product offerings
  • Conduct constant analysis (reports, sales KPIs) of the sales process in order to improve the efficiency
  • Actively prospect new customers with full ownership over every step of the sales cycle
  • Coordinate with the operations department to ensure that the clients receive an exceptional service

PREFERABLY YOU HAVE

  • Proven experience in Sales
  • Previous experience in B2B Sales, within the Startup scene or in the logistics sector
  • Real hunter mentality with a knowledge of convincingly addressing an audience
  • Self-starter with a hands-on working methodology
  • Open for traveling to customers
  • Excellent English and one of the Baltic language skills
