- Execution of planned marketing calendar.
- Coordinate with local & overseas agencies and suppliers for media planning, printing and supplies for various initiatives (newspapers, outdoor, displays, digital platforms).
- Interact with different vendors for optimal marketing mix for various promotional initiatives.
- Follow up on various marketing campaigns related to our brands portfolio.
- Perform routine activities in accordance with agreed deadlines and standards and discharge any other task assigned by superiors in a timely and effective manner.
- Cross-check all media visuals to make sure they are in line with our campaign briefing.
- Contribute and render assistance in any other ongoing marketing initiatives such as loyalty programs and PR events that are being currently being handled by the Marketing department.
- Social Media Coordination: Supervising and monitoring media activity, with the objective of increasing engagement & followers. Setting the calendar plan with our social media agency.
- Monitor and update our corporate website / Dealer website / Mob App / WhatsApp.
- Work closely with different departments such as sales, aftersales, maintenance and finance.
