- Answer incoming calls and assist customers in their specific enquiries.
- Creates further interest in the company’s products and services by inviting customers services offered or required product.
- Provides a high level of personalized customer services.
- Updates databases with changes and status of each customer or prospective customer.
- Arrange the dispatch of the company’s products and services, information kits or brochures to clients and interested parties.
- Follow up client calls, files paper works, does credit reference checks and liaise with other departments.
- May require to do outbound calls as directed by the Call Center Manager and per Business need.
