You will manage the stock: Receive stock (physically & system) and transfer pieces, proceed with stock counts, handle special product requests for CPs. You will know how to handle HJ pieces and follow-up pieces’ movements within the boutique (CP, displays, safe, etc.).
You will also contribute to document management (invoices, archives, mails, etc.), update price tags when needed, handle relationships with external third parties (energy & utility providers, intermediaries, etc.), and manage cash & bill procedures (POS, float, bank deposit, etc.).
On the other hand, you will provide activity reports (reservation, consignment, stock, sales reconciliation, traffic, etc.), and follow-up & prepare omnichannel orders. You will also take over on digital tools topics when the Deputy Boutique Manager is away and ensure the back-office area is properly set up.
As a part of your journey, you will comply with Maison’s procedures and policies and ensure good practices on product storage and manipulation, manage the CS flows to/from the boutique & follow up cost estimates with the Sales Associates, and control all repairs (visual check) at reception and be the point of contact for the platform / workshop.
