- Forecasting supply and demand to prevent overstocking and running out-of-stock (OOS).
- Ensure accurate product inventory for all stores.
- Submitting purchase details (vendors information, invoices and pricing) to internal databases.
- Track shipments and address any delays.
- Liaise with warehouse staff and other internal teams to test products? quality (status upon delivery and storage conditions).
- Keep updated inventory records (including daily shipments).
- Prepare inventory documentation: this involves accurately recording type, quantity, quality, and other features of inventory for a clear understanding of the state of the stocks.
