Job Description
- Developing deep institutional knowledge and understanding the admission processes of each client institution; developing excellent working relationships with institutional points of contact
- Evaluating institutional programs and considering them with regards to the selected target markets
- Representing the institutions you work with in a professional and enthusiastic manner
- Managing an extensive network of education partners to a very high level of complexity and performance
- Nurturing all new student leads and responding to general student inquiries
- Assisting (potential) applicants and their families as well as supporting counselors and other educational stakeholders
- Assisting with the implementation of conversion strategies using on and offline communications – working to turn applicants into enrolled students
- Conducting high school visits and delivering meaningful, engaging content to students
- Creating presentations and conducting presentations as necessary about the assigned universities
- Provide market feedback and progress reports to help client universities understand regional market trends
- Interacting with and supporting faculty and other senior leadership at the client universities
