Job Description

- Resource planning and recruitment process including resumes review, short listing and conducting initial interview
- Orientation and on-boarding process for newly recruited candidates
- Reviewing job descriptions for all positions at regular intervals and updating them in consultation with the respective managers
- Implementing and administering the Performance Management System in coordination with management
- Planning Training and Development activities in line with Performance Management
- Resolving grievances or queries that any of the employees have
- Processing of monthly payroll and its timely closing
- Preparing and submitting all relevant HR letters/documents/certificates as per the requirement of employees in consultation with the management
- Maintaining all HR records pertaining to employees in HRMS
- Supporting day-to-day administrative tasks in coordination with Administration function
