• Currently 1 dine in location in Jeddah with 60 covers and 2 delivery restaurants , and a small CK total BOH team 50
  

• Will open a location in January in Riyadh with 120 covers
  

• Also will relocate its Jeddah location to a bigger space with 120 cover
  

ABOUT THE JOB

• Corporate Chef to handle both Jeddah and Riyadh locations
  

• Menu development, kitchen management, food cost, SOP s, openings etc.
  

Requirements

• Have managerial skill , leadership, creativity , attitude and adaptability
  

• Hard worker with strategic mind
  

• Opening experience , menu creation , training , hard core work
  

• Must know sushi and hot Japanese food robata , teppanyaki ,yakitori
  

• Worked in high end modern Japanese like Nobu , Zuma , Katsuya , Novikov, Mirai, Clap, Tomo etc
  

• GCC experience

• Basic 23,000 SAR net per month (6100 USD) to 25,000 SAR net per month ($6600 USD)
