- Responsible for supervising the Desk Operations Coordinator in the process and recording of incidents and offenses on Military DA and FM forms.
- Responsible for supervising the Desk Operations Coordinator when monitoring fire alarms, installed alarms, intrusion detection, vehicle tracking, and Closed-Circuit Television Systems (CCTVs), and coordinate for Law enforcement, Fire, and EMS response upon activation
- Responsible for supervising the Desk Operations Coordinator when answering and processing 9-1-1 and non-emergency phones calls via landline, VoIP, Whatsapp or cell phone
- Responsible for supervising the Quality Assurance and Quality Improvement of Computer Aided Dispatch System (CAD) entries.
- Responsible for supervising the Desk Operations Coordinator when making emergency notifications IAW notification matrix provided by the USG and ESD Notification matrix
- Responsible for supervising the Desk Operations Coordinator when dispatching appropriate emergency response.
- Desk Operations Supervisor shall be competent in the operation of the Army Law Enforcement Reporting and Tracking System (ALERTS), Military DA and FM forms, Emergency Reporting System (ERS).
