Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Preparing daily, weekly & monthly reports.
- Analyze reports and market activity.
- Create weekly dashboards for channel reporting.
- Responsible for maintaining, analyzing, and reporting all metrics to internal, external senior management.
- Handling internal technical issues with the support team.
- Daily market review.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discpline.
- 1 to 2 years of experience, preferred in call center reporting, workforce, insight team, or any similar function.
- Excellent knowledge of Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Access preferred to have a knowledge of power bi (prove of knowledge required).
- Excellent Communication Skills (verbally and written).
- Ability to work under pressure in a deadline-driven environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong sense of ownership and responsibility.
- Ability to discretely handle sensitive and confidential information.
