Job Description
- Works closely with training providers to produce programs that are satisfactory to all relevant parties.
- Responsible for ongoing project updates with the beneficiary companies, Training providers and Project Manager.
- Considers the cost of planned programs and keep within budgets: assessing the return on investment of any training or development program.
- Monitors and reviews the progress of trainees by using questionnaires and through discussions with companies' managers.
- Ensures that statutory project requirements are met.
- Review and prepare accounts payable to providers
- Maintains provider contracts/processes and documents change requests
