- 4+ years' experience serving as an environmental technical resource, program specialist, or program manager
- Broad knowledge of local and national environmental regulations and experience with evaluating site-based compliance with local and national environmental regulations, inclusive of air emissions, stormwater, regulated and hazardous waste, wastewater and other environmental related laws, regulations and permits.
- Experience in the implementation of environmental management systems
