- Negotiate and manage a wide variety of complex inbound and outbound agreements, including enterprise-level SaaS Agreements, Alliance Agreements, and Professional Services Agreements.
- Manage and lead contract negotiations in close collaboration with our global sales team
- Wear multiple hats depending on the day by providing general legal advice and counsel to our global team
- Help design and implement scalable contracting frameworks and standards to support a business in high growth mode
