- Recuitment (Qualifications & Relevant Experience) Critical: Electronic Combat Instructor will be a graduate of a military or civilian training establishment and will be qualified as an instructor. He will have a minimum of 5 years 1 relevant ex military or test/evaluation aircrew experience in Electronic Warfare with at least 3 years as an instructor together with knowledge and experience in course design. He must be highly experienced in the practical application of one or more of the following roles: Signals Intelligence and database operation. Procurement - operational requirements, trials and training. Engineering - radar/electro-optics/EW. Fighter controlling (GCI/AWACS). Application of active jamming. Suppression of enemy air defences. EW ground/air training.
