既存のオペレーションと財務管理プロセスの精度効率を最大化するためチームを統括しつつ保険業務部門ファイナンス部門およびグローバルパートナーとの連携をリードするポジションです

このチームの主な役割は仮勘定管理における高度な分析リスク管理問題解決プロセス最適化を主導し組織全体の財務コントロール強化に貢献しますまたメンバー育成業務基準の整備自動化標準化を通じ継続的な業務改善を推進します

1. サスペンス勘定および財務データ管理の統括

• チーム全体のバランスシート管理プロセスを監督し勘定照合アウトエイジ解消の品質と期限遵守を確保する
• Cadencyを用いたサスペンス勘定の分析照合プロセスの正確性再現性を担保する
• 重大な不整合breaks / gaps / open itemsに対し根本原因分析RCAと恒久対応策PCAを主導
• 高リスク複雑案件のレビューおよび意思決定を行い必要に応じてエグゼクティブ層へエスカレーション

2. プロセス改善と自動化の推進

• パターン分析を通じマッチングルール自動化や業務基準改善の機会を特定
• グローバルCOEやIn-Market Operationsとの連携による新ルール提案SNowリクエストをリード
• 新ルール導入後の効果測定と改善施策を管理
• 業務標準化SOP整備継続的改善CIのロードマップを策定し実行

3. ステークホルダーコミュニケーション & ガバナンス

• 国内外のステークホルダーとの協働を推進し問題解決に必要な情報連携をリード
• 財務統制監査対応内部外部において適切な説明責任を果たす
• 月次四半期のサインオフおよび重要レポートの品質確保
• リスク事象の管理改善施策の策定と実行を主導し組織としての対応力を強化

4. 組織管理およびチーム育成

• チームメンバーの育成パフォーマンス管理キャリア開発支援
• コーチングおよびオペレーション品質生産性の向上
• チームのワークロード管理優先順位付け運営計画の策定
• 変化管理Change Managementや新規移管プロセスのマネジメント

5. 移管トランジション管理

• Shared Service Centerとのスムーズなナレッジトランスファーを保証
• 移管後の安定化stabilizationフェーズを管理しKPI達成を確保
• プロセスドキュメントの体系化レビュー継続的アップデートの監督

必須要件Must

• 財務会計保険業務管理または関連領域での5年以上の実務経験
• 会計残高照合の実務知識
• データ分析問題解決根本原因分析の経験
• チームマネジメントまたはピープルリーダーとしての経験
• 高いコミュニケーション能力海外チームとの協働あり
• 業務改善標準化自動化の推進経験

歓迎要件Nice to have

• Cadency/TM1/SAPなど財務管理または仮勘定ツールの実務経験
• プロセス移管やBPO環境でのマネジメント経験
• プロジェクト管理スキルPMP等あれば尚可
• グローバル環境でのステークホルダー管理経験
• 日本語および英語でのコミュニケーション
