Job Summary

  • Ensure effective and consistent communication between all outlets.
  • Audit all transactions entered into the system.
  • Conduct and oversee monthly inventory counts.
  • Prepare daily operational reports.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure accuracy and minimize waste.
  • Ensure all operations run smoothly.
  • Provide on-the-ground support to the accounting and marketing teams.
  • Maintain regular communication with outlet managers.
  • Assist managers whenever additional support is needed.
  • Audit waste sheets on a daily basis.
  • Audit production sheets on a daily basis.
  • Control central kitchen waste and production to maintain costs.
  • Ensure products are stored under proper conditions.
  • Audit and ensure proper product delivery and receipt between outlets.
  • Conduct daily spot checks across different outlets to ensure smooth operations.



Requirements

  • Educational background in Hospitality or a related field is required.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in the Food & Beverage industry.
  • Proven experience in P&L management and cost control within Food & Beverage operations.
  • Knowledge and experience with Omega Software (POS Backoffice and Inventory).
  • Strong command of Microsoft Excel.
  • Solid background in inventory management.
  • Production experience.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Fluency in French both written and spoken.
  • Strong foundation in hospitality and customer service.
  • Experience auditing waste sheets and production sheets on a daily basis.
  • Ability to control central kitchen waste and production to maintain costs.




Required Skills:

Educational background in Hospitality or a related field is required. Minimum 10 years of experience in the Food & Beverage industry.
