We are hiring for our client a leading insurance firm to appoint an Insurance Administrator. This is a fully remote role however you must be based in Ireland and have the ability to travel to Dublin if required.
The successful candidate will provide essential administrative support across the business ensuring smooth daily operations. This role requires strong experience using Relay software - please note - candidates without Relay experience will not be considered. You will be responsible for supporting insurance operations processing policy documentation and ensuring accurate and timely data management.
This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised and proactive administrator with proven experience in insurance systems and processes particularly Relay.
Process policy documentation and assist with renewals and endorsements
Maintain accurate client records within Relay
Support the insurance operations team across administrative tasks
Handle correspondence and queries professionally
Assist with billing data entry and reporting tasks
Monitor and reconcile records within Relay software
Identify process improvements and contribute to efficient operations
Candidates MUST have previous experience with Relay software as it is central to the role.

Proven administrative experience in an insurance environment
Extensive experience using Relay software
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to work independently in a remote environment this is a high performing team with opportunities to progress
Proactive solutions-focused and highly reliable
