Inchcape Indonesia is seeking a Senior Manager Network Development & Enablement to join our team in South Jakarta this position you will be responsible for analysing market opportunities planning dealer coverage strategy and overseeing the end-to-end dealer lifecycle from new dealer recruitment facility development and CI compliance to performance monitoring and continuous improvement.

1. Dealer Network Strategy & Planning
2. New Dealer Recruitment and Appointment
3. Dealer Standards Facility & Operational Development
4. Performance Monitoring & Optimization.

About you
To be successful in this role you will be:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing Industrial Engineering Architecture/Civil Engineering (for facility-related aspects) or a related field.
• Experienced in dealer development network planning or retail operations within the automotive industry.
• Proficiency inmarket analysis tools and techniques to assess coverage potential and dealer performance.
• Strong data driven mindset with the ability to analyse market coverage dealer KPIs and operational performance.
• Deep understanding of the automotive retail landscape dealer economics and how dealer network quality affects sales performance and customer experience.
