Sales Coordinator
Job Summary
-Handle incoming calls professionally following hotel telephone etiquette and directing enquiries to the appropriate department.
-Manage daily email correspondence responding to enquiries promptly and professionally and ensuring proper follow-up.
Input and maintain group bookings and ensure all booking activities are updated accurately and promptly.
-Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate records and filing in line with hotel procedures.
-Coordinate and arrange site inspections for prospective clients.
-Support the Sales team with quotations proposals contracts and other sales-related documentation.
-Respond to client enquiries feedback and complaints professionally ensuring timely follow-up.
-Escalate incidents irregularities and service concerns to the appropriate management team.
Qualifications :
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong email writing and correspondence skills.
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and follow-up.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel systems.-Positive professional and service-oriented personality.
Able to work independently while supporting the wider Sales team.
