Get to Know the Role

In this position you will support Grabs enterprise infrastructure with a core focus on Identity and Privileged Access Management (IAM/PAM). The Identity Management team is dedicated to overseeing access to enterprise applications and safeguarding vital systems and sensitive data. The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• End-to-End IAM Operations: Manage the full identity and access lifecycleincluding Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) processes provisioning/deprovisioning and resolving access and authentication incidents within defined SLAs.
• Access Governance & Audit Compliance: Support periodic access reviews and certification campaigns to enforce the principles of least privilege and segregation of duties (SoD) while providing necessary documentation for internal and external audits.
• Platform & PAM Administration: Support and maintain enterprise IAM platforms (e.g. Okta Azure AD) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) tools ensuring secure standard and privileged account management.
• System Integration & Onboarding: Assist in onboarding new applications and infrastructure into existing IAM/PAM systems following established corporate security standards and configurations.
• Operational Excellence & Automation: Track key operational metrics (SLAs KPIs KRIs) maintain robust SOP documentation and actively identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks to reduce operational risk and enhance user experience.

Qualifications :

What Essential Skills You Will Need

• 3 years of experience in IAM operations or IT support with a deep understanding of the identity lifecycle (JML) Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) least privilege and Segregation of Duties (SoD).
• Platform & Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with enterprise IAM/PAM concepts ticketing systems (e.g. ServiceNow Jira) and queue management in a high-volume SLA-driven environment; familiarity with authentication protocols (SAML OAuth) or basic scripting (Python PowerShell) is a strong plus.
• Governance Audit & Compliance: Proven track record supporting compliance activities access reviews and certification campaigns with the ability to gather audit evidence and align operations with security frameworks (e.g. MAS guidelines).
• Operational Judgment & Communication: Confidence to evaluate and appropriately challenge access requests against security policies ensuring seamless interaction with cross-functional business users.
