Position Title: Zonal Manager Location: PAN India Reporting To: National Manager Department: Services - Auction
Objective: To lead and manage zonal auction operations by ensuring consistent listings timely approvals and effective coordination across states while strengthening client and buyer relationships. The role focuses on driving operational efficiency ensuring timely collections maintaining CRM and MIS discipline resolving escalations and enabling informed decision-making through accurate zone-level reporting to support overall business growth. Accountability: Drive zonal business planning by ensuring consistent availability of auction listings and timely approvals across all states in line with strategic and revenue objectives. Provide strategic and operational oversight of multi-state activities through periodic travel and structured engagement with state teams and key clients to ensure alignment performance and smooth business execution. Lead the resolution of complex buyer issues at the zonal level ensuring prompt closure while maintaining service excellence and long-term buyer confidence. Act as a strategic communication interface between senior leadership and regional/state teams by cascading real-time directives policy updates and critical business information to ensure alignment and timely execution. Monitor and guide buyer onboarding and registration performance across the zone ensuring compliance with defined processes risk controls and growth targets. Govern zonal collections performance by ensuring buyer fees and auction payments are realized within defined TATs through strong coordination and review mechanisms. Ensure robust CRM governance across the zone by driving accuracy completeness and timely monthly closure of approvals paid cases and forfeitures. Review analyze and consolidate comprehensive zonal MIS covering listings approvals payments buyer registrations buyer fee collections and backouts to enable performance tracking risk visibility and strategic decision-making.
Competencies: Strong zonal leadership and team management capabilities In-depth understanding of auction operations approvals and collection processes Excellent client and stakeholder management skills High proficiency in MIS reporting data analysis and CRM systems Strong escalation handling problem-solving and communication skills Experience: Bachelors degree is preferred. Minimum 7 years of experience in auction operations large-scale business operations or marketplace-driven businesses. Proven experience managing multi-state operations client relationships and large field teams. Languages Preferred: English and Regional language
