Job Summary
- Design develop and maintain desktop and web GIS applications using ESRIs ArcGIS platform and ArcGIS API for JavaScript
- Develop and implement responsive intuitive user interfaces that enhance end-user experience
- Integrate GIS data and services into applications to ensure seamless functionality and optimal performance
- Collaborate with GIS analysts developers and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored technical solutions

- 3 to 8 years of hands-on experience in web application development with a focus on ESRI ArcGIS technologies
- Proficiency in JavaScript HTML CSS and ESRIs ArcGIS API for JavaScript
- Mandatory experience with Python scripting for GIS automation and tool development
- Experience with frontend frameworks such as React TypeScript Angular or Vue
- Proven track record in integrating GIS services and data into web applications

Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Python Generative AI Specialist to join our innovative technology team in Bangalore. This role is pivotal in driving the development and deployment of cutting-edge generative AI solutions leveraging Python and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures to build intelligent scalable applications. The ideal candidate will play a key role in shaping the future of AI-driven products contributing to research implementation and optimization of generative models. The position requires a strong foundation in AI/ML hands-on experience with Python-based AI frameworks and a proven track record in designing and deploying RAG systems. Candidates must be based in Bangalore and willing to work 4 days per week from our Yelahanka office location. Location: Bangalore Responsibilities: Design develop and deploy scalable generative AI solutions using Python and modern AI frameworks. Implement and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines for enhanced model accuracy and contextual relevance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into production-grade applications. Conduct research and experimentation to improve model performance efficiency and reliability. Maintain and document code models and system architecture to ensure long-term maintainability and scalability. Stay updated with emerging trends in generative AI and contribute to internal knowledge sharing and innovation. Requirements 11-15 years of professional experience in software development with a strong focus on Python. Proven hands-on experience in Generative AI including model training fine-tuning and -depth knowledge of RAG architectures and experience implementing them in real-world applications. Strong understanding of NLP deep learning frameworks (e.g. PyTorch TensorFlow) and vector databases. Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environments. Must be based in Bangalore and willing to work 4 days per week from the Yelahanka office location. Preference given to candidates with 10 years of experience; candidates with 6 years of experience may be considered if they demonstrate exceptional expertise in AI/Generative AI Python and RAG implementations.
