What You Will Do
Lead endtoend recruitment for niche engineering roles across multiple US clients.
Partner with hiring managers to decode complex technical requirements and project needs.
Source highquality engineers using Boolean search LinkedIn Recruiter niche engineering platforms and market intelligence.
Evaluate candidates for technical expertise (AutoCAD SolidWorks Revit PE/FE ANSYS MATLAB etc.) and domain fit.
Manage interviews assessments salary negotiations and offer closures with precision.
Maintain strong communication across US time zones and deliver an exceptional stakeholder experience.
Build and nurture talent pipelines for hardtohire engineering skill sets.
Uphold US hiring standards include EEO compliance documentation and background checks.
What Makes You a Great Fit
2-6 years of US engineering/technical recruitment experience.
Strong understanding of engineering roles across design manufacturing construction EPC and industrial domains.
Proven expertise in sourcing USbased talent (W2/C2C/1099).
Excellent communication stakeholder management and multitasking abilities.
A growth mindset someone who wants to learn lead and elevate the recruitment function.
