Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced and strategic Test Manager to lead and drive testing initiatives. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise across testing practices leadership capabilities and experience in establishing quality governance frameworks in enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end testing activities across projects and programs
Define and implement testing strategies methodologies and best practices
Manage and coordinate testing teams across multiple vendors and stakeholders
Establish drive and enhance the Test Center of Excellence (TCoE)
Ensure quality assurance processes are aligned with business and technology goals
Work closely with customer stakeholders to provide proactive and strategic solutions
Drive governance reporting risk management and continuous improvement initiatives
Support AI implementation initiatives with focus on security measures compliance and data integrity
Ensure adherence to testing standards quality metrics and delivery timelines
Required Skills & Experience:
Strong experience as a Test Manager in enterprise environments Good understanding of all testing practices including Functional Integration Regression UAT Automation and Performance Testing
Exposure to AI implementations and understanding of security processes/measures for ensuring data integrity
Proven experience in managing teams across different vendors
Experience in setting up and managing a Test Center of Excellence (TCoE)
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Proactive mindset with strategic problem-solving capabilities
Ability to work effectively in a customer-facing environment
