Job Summary

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers and handle inbound sales inquiries.
  • Generate new leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Follow up with prospective customers to convert leads into sales.
  • Explain products/services and address customer queries effectively.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM/database regularly.
  • Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and performance goals.
  • Coordinate with team members to improve sales outcomes.


  • Requirements

  • HSC (Higher Secondary Certificate) passed.
  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in telesales telecalling or customer service.
  • Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills.
  • Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
  • Good follow-up and negotiation skills.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
