Job Summary
This is a remote position.
Customer Care Executive (CCE) acts as the primary frontline liaison between a company and its customers. They are responsible for managing inbound and outbound communications resolving product or service queries troubleshooting issues and ensuring overall customer satisfaction to build brand ResponsibilitiesOmnichannel Support: Handle customer inquiries feedback and complaints via phone calls emails live chat and social media within established SLA Resolution: Analyze customer concerns provide step-by-step guidance and escalate complex technical or billing issues to the appropriate internal Management: Accurately log customer interactions case details and resolution statuses in the companys CRM Retention: Identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities and proactively promote products or services tailored to client Collection: Conduct post-resolution follow-ups and surveys to measure customer satisfaction and suggest process Skills & QualificationsCommunication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a clear professional and empathetic -Solving: Active listening and strong analytical skills to de-escalate stressful situations and deliver practical Aptitude: Familiarity with modern CRM platforms and basic computer & Experience: Typically requires a High School Diploma or Bachelors degree along with prior experience in BPO voice/non-voice & Local
