Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Perform installation servicing maintenance and repair of equipment/products as per requirements.
- Diagnose technical issues and provide effective solutions.
- Carry out preventive maintenance activities to minimize breakdowns.
- Attend customer/site/service-related technical issues and resolve them within timelines.
- Read and understand technical drawings manuals and specifications.
- Ensure proper usage and maintenance of tools and equipment.
- Maintain service reports checklists and documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution.
- Follow safety guidelines and company procedures during all activities.
- Ensure quality standards are maintained during installation and service work.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- ITI / Diploma in relevant technical field preferred.
- Hands-on experience in installation repair and maintenance activities.
- Basic knowledge of electrical/mechanical systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot and identify technical problems.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites if required.
- Ability to work independently and manage service tasks.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in furniture installation modular products electrical/mechanical equipment or related industries will be an added advantage.
