Where is the work:

What you will do:

• Inspire engage and lead a team of engineers managing quality on time delivery cost milestones engineering processes productivity projects and innovation.
• Provide technical support to cross-functional teams such as manufacturing engineering suppliers quality and operations in each of their deliverables.
• Complete Project coordination with Project partners Cross functional Managers. Complete Understanding of tools and technologies used in Engineering Design. Performs Design reviews and mentors Design Engineers. Consistently delivers high-quality Design deliverables.
• Technically Manage a large team of engineers while handling their annual objectives performance growth and development global projects Trainings.
• Demonstrable leadership skills professional and positive approach diligent with attention to detail team player and able to work on own initiative assertive adaptable creative and a willingness to go the extra mile when required.

What you will bring:

• Hands on exp in engineering design while working on NPD VAVE Design automation Productivity and QNR projects
• Hands on exp working on product design softwares such as Creo SolidWorks.
• Hands on exp working on PLM processes and tools such as Windchill.
• Someone with a passion to stay on top of tech trends experimenting with and learning new technologies wrt Engineering design and help in designing strategies for future road map.
• Proficient in English both written and spoken and skills to communicate complex ideas effectively.
• Hands on experience and working knowledge with Mechanical Engineering Design while Integrating advanced capabilities such as MBD - Model-based definitionwith hands on working knowledge of PMI Product manufacturing information complete understanding of automating workflows and reducing manual work and re-work.
• Working knowledge in advanced areas such Pro-programming AI Driven Generative design AI process Automation Design for Circularity AR Collaboration IOT driven design.
• A mechanical engineer background with 13 years of experience inthe field of engineeringwhich includes at least 5 years of people management experience.
