Technical Engineer Manager

We are looking for a Technical Engineering Manager with strong AI/ML exposure and handson experience in AI based software delivery. This individual will lead highimpact engineering initiatives work closely with onshore stakeholders and drive delivery excellence across offshore teams.

The ideal candidate is a handson technical leader an effective communicator and a proactive gogetter personality who takes ownership drives clarity and delivers results in a fastpaced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage crossfunctional engineering teams delivering AIenabled and datadriven solutions.
• Act as a bridge between onshore business/technology stakeholders and offshore delivery teams ensuring alignment transparency and execution.
• Provide technical leadership in areas such as AI/ML solutions automation cloudnative architectures APIs and modern SDLC practices.
• Lead endtoend AI based software delivery covering design development integration deployment and ongoing optimization of AIenabled solutions.
• Own delivery outcomes including planning execution risk management quality and timelines.
• Translate business requirements into clear technical designs and execution plans.
• Review architecture code quality and engineering best practices; ensure scalable and maintainable solutions.
• Drive adoption of AI capabilities (e.g. ML models GenAI intelligent automation) in engineering solutions where applicable.
• Proactively identify risks dependencies and bottlenecks; escalate with solutions not just problems.
• Mentor and grow engineers and leads; foster a highownership highperformance culture.
• Collaborate with Product Architecture QA and DevOps teams to ensure endtoend delivery.

Basic Qualifications:

• 5 years of overall engineering experience with 3-5 years in an Engineering Manager / Technical Manager role.
• Strong handson background in software engineering with exposure to AI/ML or data engineering.
• Experience working in a global onshore-offshore delivery model.
• Solid understanding of:
  • AI/ML concepts (model lifecycle data pipelines inference governance handson not mandatory but must be conversant)
  • Cloud platforms (Preferably AWS)
  • Modern application architectures (microservices APIs eventdriven systems)
• Excellent communication skills able to clearly articulate technical and delivery topics to business and leadership audiences.
• Strong execution mindset with the ability to drive outcomes independently.
• Proven experience handling ambiguity competing priorities and fastmoving programs.
• Must be 18 years of age or older

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience delivering AI/ML or GenAI solutions in enterprise environments.
• Exposure to regulated or largescale enterprise systems.
• Experience with Agile / Scrum at scale.
