Job Title : Technical Delivery Manager

Job Type : Full-Time/Contract

Location : Hyderabad Telangana

Responsibilities:

• Experience in IT project management technical delivery program management or related roles.
• Proven experience managing complex enterprise technology projects and cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) Agile methodologies and delivery frameworks.
• Experience working with cloud technologies such as AWS Azure or Google Cloud Platform.
• Excellent stakeholder management communication negotiation and leadership skills
• Experience managing distributed or global delivery teams.
• Experience in digital transformation enterprise applications SaaS or cloud-native environments.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and operational governance.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of technology projects products and digital transformation initiatives.
• Define project scope timelines milestones resource plans and delivery roadmaps.
• Track project progress dependencies risks and issues while proactively driving mitigation plans.
• Monitor delivery KPIs project health velocity quality metrics and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes governance and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with business leaders product owners architects engineering teams QA and vendors.
• Act as the primary point of contact for delivery updates escalations and governance reviews.
• Facilitate project steering meetings sprint reviews retrospectives and status reporting.
• Translate business requirements into actionable delivery plans and technical execution strategies.
• Support team development through mentoring coaching and performance guidance.
• Coordinate resource allocation capacity planning and workload management.
• Understand system architecture application development lifecycle cloud platforms integrations and infrastructure concepts.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards security practices compliance requirements and release governance.
• Identify project risks dependencies and blockers early in the lifecycle.
• Establish governance frameworks and reporting mechanisms for leadership visibility.
• Manage change requests scope control and delivery escalations effectively.
