Job Summary
Key job responsibilities
FCD process typically starts from picking up a unit from bin (shelving area) when an order is attached to Fulfillment Centre (FC). This is followed by packing of the shipment units in specific process paths using the recommended carton/box/paper mailers along with p-slip and then it is slammed where shipment label is affixed to the shipment. Thereafter it is sent to FC Dock for shipping it from FC to Sort Centre (SC)/Last Mile (LM).
A day in the life
Handle shift-wise reposnsibilities preparing deployment plan and doing HC allocation clearing Ex-SDs on time. Prepare and publish daily/ weekly/ monthly reports on productivity and quality Driving Safety and 5s/AO in Conduct daily training and also will be responsible to conduct daily skill huddles Quality Feedback to associates Stand-in for Process Associate and the Area Manager Skills required: Knowledge of problem solve tools Good in people management and handling the larger team ensure to deliver the shift level metrics and data analytics Proficiency in MS Excel ( knowledge of macros an added advantage)

Key job responsibilities
Four key areas that youll always focus on are the safety quality customer experience and productivity of your department.
Review the work forecasts and determine your productivity requirements to produce during the day to meet the overall building objectives.
Partner with other Area Managers to balance labor ensuring that you are operating a balanced and efficient shift while meeting all of your goals.
Support all safety programs and OSHA compliance to ensure a safe work environment for all associates.
Proactively identify and lead process improvement initiatives and Lean tools
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
You and your team of warehouse associates are responsible for getting Amazon customers their orders. You are responsible for ensuring that you have properly trained people and that their needs are addressed so they can focus on their jobs.

SKILLs REQUIRED:
Direct management experience for employees and their performance
Experience with performance metrics and process improvement (how when who)
- Bachelors degree
- Speak write and read fluently in English
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
- Experience with Excel
- 1 years of customer-facing environment warehousing logistics or manufacturing experience
