Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

We are looking for an experienced Power BI Developer with strong expertise in data visualization analytics and SQL. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing scalable reporting solutions developing interactive dashboards optimizing data models and collaborating with business stakeholders to deliver actionable insights.


Your future duties and responsibilities
Power BI Development

Design and develop interactive visually compelling Power BI dashboards and reports that provide actionable business insights.
Create scalable semantic models and implement efficient data visualization best practices.
Develop and maintain reusable reporting solutions for business users.

Data Modeling & Analytics

Develop advanced DAX measures calculated columns and time intelligence solutions.
Design and optimize data models to support high-performance reporting.
Perform advanced analytics using SQL including complex joins Common Table Expressions (CTEs) window functions and query optimization.

Data Integration

Prepare transform and integrate data using Power Query.
Work with dataflows APIs and large datasets to build reliable reporting solutions.
Ensure data accuracy consistency and quality across reporting platforms.

Performance & Security

Optimize Power BI reports and datasets for performance and scalability.
Implement Row-Level Security (RLS) and manage security requirements.
Support deployment and maintenance across Development Test and Production environments using Power BI Service.

Stakeholder Management

Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting and analytics requirements.
Provide production support for business-critical reports and dashboards.
Mentor junior developers and promote reporting best practices.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and follow JIRA-based project management processes.


Required qualifications to be successful in this role
Technical Skills

Strong experience in Power BI Dashboard and Report Development.
Expertise in DAX Data Modeling and Time Intelligence.
Advanced SQL skills with experience in complex queries CTEs and window functions.
Hands-on experience with Power Query Dataflows and API integrations.
Knowledge of Power BI Service administration deployment pipelines and Row-Level Security (RLS).
Experience working with large datasets and performance optimization techniques.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and JIRA.
