Candidate Evaluation: Screen resumes conduct initial phone/video interviews and coordinate subsequent rounds to assess both technical competence and cultural alignment.

Offer Management: Facilitate the offer process including salary negotiations reference checks and delivering a seamless handoff to the onboarding team.

Employer Branding: Attend career fairs host networking events and contribute to our social media presence to position our company as an employer of choice.

Data-Driven Decisions: Maintain data integrity within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and track key recruitment metrics (e.g. time-to-hire source quality).
