The Systems Engineer is responsible for designing implementing managing and supporting IT infrastructure environments for our clients customers across on-premises hybrid and cloud platforms. The role ensures the highest availability security and performance of servers storage and cloud services while continuously expanding technical expertise.
Roles and Responsibilities
Infrastructure Management: Install configure and maintain Windows Server operating systems Azure VMs and Microsoft 365 cloud services.
Monitoring & Support: Set up monitoring tools to spot performance bottlenecks handle system patching and resolve support tickets according to agreed SLAs.
Data Security: Participate in designing and executing backup recovery and data redundancy strategies.
Documentation: Create and maintain clear up-to-date technical documentation for all completed tasks and customer projects.
Collaboration: Partner with internal technical teams and represent our client professionally in front of vendors and customers.
Professional Growth: Actively pursue and maintain required Microsoft certifications within the first 6 months of joining.
Qualifications Required
Education: Bachelors Degree in Computer Science Computer Engineering or a related field.
Experience: 35 years of experience in Windows Server administration hybrid environments endpoint management (Intune/SCCM) and backup solutions (Veeam).
Certifications: Must hold or be ready to achieve MCSA (Windows Server 2019 / Office 365) and MS Azure Administrator/Architect certificates.
Skills: Strong networking knowledge (LAN/WAN TCP/IP) sharp troubleshooting abilities and perfect spoken and written English.
Flexibility: Ability to work out-of-hours when necessary and travel internationally particularly to GCC countries and India.
