Job Summary
1. Pipeline Generation & Prospecting
Own outbound prospecting across email cold calling LinkedIn and other channels
Identify and target key accounts aligned with company ICP
Build and manage a strong consistent pipeline of qualified opportunities
Conduct deep research on prospects companies and industry segments
2. Qualification & Discovery
Engage with decision-makers (VPs Directors Owners Engineering Heads)
Qualify leads based on business need budget timeline and fit
Schedule high-quality discovery meetings for Account Executives
Maintain strong conversion ratios from outreach meeting opportunity
3. Campaign Execution
Execute multi-touch outbound campaigns (email call social)
Continuously test messaging sequences and targeting strategies
Collaborate with marketing on campaign optimization
4. CRM & Reporting
Maintain accurate records in CRM
Track activity metrics conversion rates and pipeline contribution
Provide weekly insights on campaign performance and market feedback
Requirements
- 24 years of proven SDR / outbound B2B sales experience
- Strong experience in cold calling and email outreach (must-have)
- Experience selling technical or engineering services is highly preferred
- Excellent communication and objection-handling skills
- Strong research and account-mapping capability
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools and sales engagement platform
- Highly driven target-oriented and self-motivated
- Strong business acumen and curiosity to understand client problems
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain consistency in outreach
- Analytical mindset with a focus on improving conversion metrics
