Sr. Process Documentation Analyst- People Services
Job Summary
Primary Function of Position
The Global Senior Process Documentation Analyst designs documents standardizes and continuously improves People Services processes across regions. The role ensures HR processes are clearly defined compliant audit-ready and scalable within a centralized People Services model.
This position is critical to service delivery excellence process consistency and knowledge transfer across regions by maintaining high-quality SOPs process maps and documentation frameworks.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Process Documentation & Standardization - Define develop maintain and standardize knowledge articles job aids and standard operating procedures. Ensure all documentation clearly outlines roles workflows and controls.
- Knowledge Management - Build and manage a centralized knowledge repository for Global People Services. Support transition programs across regions and design training and onboarding plans for new People Services team members.
- Process Design and Continuous Improvement - Partner with HR Business Partners internal People Services teams and Centers of Excellence to assess current processes identify gaps inefficiencies and duplication and improve processes through structured project management.
- Governance Quality & Compliance - Implement documentation standards templates and version control to support audit readiness and alignment with internal HR processes and quality reviews. Conduct periodic documentation audits and quality assessments.
- Digital & Tools Enablement - Use tools and applications such as Workday ServiceNow and process mapping platforms to ensure documentation aligns with system workflows and supports automation opportunities.
- Stakeholder Collaboration - Serve as a bridge between process design and operations by working closely with global and regional HR teams.

Qualifications :
Required Skills and Experience
- A masters degree and/or certification in HR Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
- 10-12 years of hands-on experience in global HR operations or HR shared services process management transition and documentation.
- Strong understanding of HR Shared Services or People Services models with experience in centralized global delivery environments and regional variations.
- Good knowledge of HR policies standards and employee lifecycle processes.
- Understanding of and hands-on experience with audit compliance and control frameworks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability with high attention to detail and structured thinking
- Maintaining high standards for stakeholder management across global teams with an ability to simplify complex process to easy documentation
