Job Summary
Understand client requirements thoroughly and ensure project output aligns with expectations. Coordinate effectively within the internal team and other departments for effective project execution. Ensure adherence to predefined project delivery timelines and maintain timely completion of tasks. Prepare and maintain daily MIS reports project documentation and time sheets. Monitor project progress and maintain all necessary documentation with accuracy. Uphold quality standards and ensure all deliverables meet customer specifications. Pay strong attention to detail to ensure zero-error delivery to clients.
- Landscape Design: Advanced ability to conceptualize and execute designs for urban spaces and residential/commercial landscapes.
- Plant Material Selection: Expertise in horticulture native species and climate-appropriate planting.

Required Skills:
Education: Bachelors degree in Architecture () Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Revit AutoCAD and AutoCAD 3D and other BIM softwares Standards: Strong understanding of international building codes construction methodologies and architectural standards. (US Work experience will be an added advantage) Resilience: Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight project deadlines while maintaining absolute accuracy. Must Have: Precision-Driven: Sharp eyes for accuracy and a sense of pride in delivering flawless technical work.
