Key Responsibilities
- Identify develop and close new B2B business opportunities across corporate commercial and institutional segments
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects interior designers project management consultants and key decision-makers
- Drive end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation prospecting presentations negotiations and closures
- Develop strategic account plans and ensure long-term client engagement Collaborate with internal teams (design operations and marketing) to deliver
- customized workplace solutions Track market trends competitor activities and customer needs to identify growth
- opportunities Achieve and exceed revenue targets and KPIs Manage key accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat
- business Prepare sales forecasts reports and pipeline updates for leadership
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing or related field (MBA preferred) 5-8 years of experience in B2B sales/business development (experience in furniture interiors real estate or workplace solutions is a strong advantage) Strong network within corporate clients architects and project stakeholders
- Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills
- Ability to manage large deals and complex sales cycles Self-motivated target-driven and capable of working independently
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office
Preferred Skills
- Experience in solution selling / consultative sales approach
- Understanding of workspace design trends and corporate infrastructure needs
- Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills
