Hiring: Sr. Associate Manager HRIS (Workday)
We are looking for a Workday Time & Absence Techno-Functional Analyst with strong experience in HRIS Payroll and Workday configuration.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Gather requirements with HR Payroll & Ops teams
- Configure Workday Time Tracking & Absence modules
- Manage accruals leave plans eligibility & time calculations
- Ensure compliance (FMLA PTO LOA)
- Support testing (UAT/integration) & production issues
- Build reports audits & resolve data discrepancies
- Support integrations with Payroll Benefits & vendors
Must Have
- 5 years of Workday Time & Absence experience
- Strong HRIS & payroll understanding
- Hands-on configuration & reporting
- Knowledge of business processes & security
