Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Gather requirements with HR Payroll & Ops teams
Configure Workday Time Tracking & Absence modules
Manage accruals leave plans eligibility & time calculations
Ensure compliance (FMLA PTO LOA)
Support testing (UAT/integration) & production issues
Build reports audits & resolve data discrepancies
Support integrations with Payroll Benefits & vendors
Must Have
5 years of Workday Time & Absence experience
Strong HRIS & payroll understanding
Hands-on configuration & reporting
Knowledge of business processes & security
Required Skills:
