Solution & Account Strategy Specialist
Job Summary
As a Solution & Account Strategy Specialist you will be responsible for collecting curating and classifying strategic data from internal and external sources. You will leverage smart tools and AI-powered platforms to accelerate data processing and ensure high-quality knowledge assets are available for consulting teams.
Key Responsibilities
Solution & Community Support
Contribute to the development and promotion of strategic offerings methodologies and sector-specific solutions.
Support Global Communities throughout their lifecycle from topic identification to content dissemination.
Facilitate cross-functional knowledge sharing across practices sectors and geographies.
Capitalize on best practices success stories reusable assets and lessons learned.
Strategic Coordination & Communication
Act as a coordination point between business teams experts Knowledge Management marketing and other corporate functions.
Ensure effective dissemination of strategic content and community insights.
Support the preparation of strategic materials for client discussions internal committees and business development initiatives.
Contribute to the monitoring and communication of Global Communities performance indicators.
Data & Insight Generation
Analyze internal and external datasets to derive actionable business insights.
Leverage AI-enabled tools and research platforms to accelerate insight generation and content discovery.
Translate complex information into clear and business-relevant recommendations.
Market & Account Intelligence
Conduct market research benchmark analysis and competitive intelligence on priority sectors accounts and strategic topics.
Identify emerging trends market opportunities and innovation topics relevant to Sias business priorities.
Support account teams with tailored insights and strategic intelligence to strengthen client positioning and business development initiatives.
Produce syntheses briefing notes and strategic analyses for consulting and leadership teams.
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Business Information Management or a related field.
2 years of experience in market intelligence consulting support business research knowledge management or account development.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Familiarity with consulting environments and business development processes.
Sector expertise or experience supporting industry-focused teams is appreciated.
